How much commitment is YLC?
We believe that everyone can make a difference regardless of time spent volunteering for YLC, and that there’s no set time recommendations. Regardless, we estimate that volunteers would average 1-2 hours per week, branch leadership would average 2-4 hours per week, and the board of directors would average around 5-7 hours of volunteering per week. This changes depending on what events are currently in action and other commitments our volunteers have!
