Youth Led Change is a volunteer organization dedicated to empowering young individuals and fostering positive change within our community. Our mission is to provide opportunities for the youth to develop leadership skills, engage in meaningful service projects, and make a tangible impact on the world around them.
We will empower youth to become active in their community by providing an environment catered towards their specific goals and interests, under their timeline, using collaboration and teamwork.
Who We Are
Eva Olteanu
Eva is the president and founder of YLC. She participates in policy debate, mock trial and Model UN. She enjoys reading, baking sourdough, and going on walks with her dogs Snowy and Mocha. Finally, she loves watching Criminal Minds with the leadership of YLC.
Mercy Li
Mercy is the vice president of YLC. She is a talented artist who designed our logo! In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her dog Almond, and getting boba. She is also a valued member of her school’s policy debate and mock trial clubs.
Shruthika Seri
Shruthika is the secretary of YLC. She enjoys bharatnatyam (a traditional Indian dance), reading, and listening to music like Gracie Abrams, Taylor Swift, and Hozier. Her extracurriculars include HOSA, mock trial and tutoring 5th graders in math.
